How do I view and redeem my Spots?

  1. Click on the ’Login with Okta’ link located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  2. Sign in with your SpotOn email and Okta password and verify it’s you.
  3. Head to the ‘SPOTS’ menu within the ‘My profile’ page to see your current Spots balance.
  4. To apply your Spots to your cart, just give them a click. You can also view and click on your Spots directly from the cart and checkout pages.

You can use your Spots to cover your cart without losing any remaining Spots for future use.

How can I pay?

You can pay by redeeming Spots and/or credit card. You may combine Spots and credit card payment in one order if you do not have enough Spots to cover the total cost of your order. The store accepts all major credit cards.

When will I recieve my order?

Orders ship Monday-Friday. In-stock products typically ship within 48 hours after you submit your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has left the warehouse.

How much is shipping?

SpotOn is covering the cost of shipping to all US addresses. You do not need to pay for shipping.

How do I handle returns?

Returns are made at your own cost. Shipping charges are only refunded if the wrong item was sent or if the item is defective.

How long does it take for an out-of-stock item to become available again?

The SpotOn swag store is occasionally out of stock on popular items. It may take between 2-6 weeks for a product on backorder to be back on the webstore, so please make sure you check back regularly. Please be aware that certain items in our catalog belong to limited edition series and will not be restocked once they are sold out.

Is SpotOn making a profit from the Swag Store?

No. All items are priced at or below the cost incurred by the company. In addition, SpotOn covers the cost of shipping for all items.

Can I purchase swag for friends, family or clients?

Yes! You may purchase and ship swag to anyone in the US. You will be asked to enter the shipping address for your order during checkout.

What happens to my Spots if I leave the company?

Unused Spots will be forfeited when an employee leaves the company.

Can I transfer my Spots to someone else?

No. Spots are awarded to individuals and are non-transferrable.

Why is my Spot redemption amount not showing up in the checkout total?

Make sure to enter your shipping and billing information on the checkout page so that sales tax can be calculated. After completing this information, the total price will be updated to reflect any discount from your Spots.
